Well, I guess the next interesting question is - is there parity?Do they allow pre-18 year old citizens to vote with absentee ballots if they will be turning 18 on or before election day?If death disqualifies you then aging up to qualification prior to election day should allow you to cast absentee ballot prior to election day, right?.

Local elections reflect the candidates and what they are capable of and not just a president's opinion. No point in arguing that Obama's influence is fading. People expect results, the current recession is something that took years in the making and will take years to mend.
