| Would it not be more accurate to write: "Murdered by Al Qaeda extremists"? And why do people like O'Reilly so desperately want it to be more vague? Because they have another agenda, of course.This is more complex than a simple case of PC gone mad. The problem is that the description is not only (correctly) labeling the extremists as muslims but it is, by implication, labeling muslims as extremists. Many of the people doing most to fight Al Qaeda extremism in this world are muslims (lets face it some of the most critical people are probably very brave muslims working undercover to infiltrate these terrorists. That is always how these terrorist wars are one: see IRA.) So, the description works two ways and one of the ways, while it is only implicit, is offensive and misleading. Would you be happy for a memorial to a civilian killed in Iraq to read: "Murdered by a Christian soldier"? "But they are not fighting on behalf of Christianity," I here you say, "They are fighting for America". Well, a lot of muslims would say these extremists are not fighting for Islam but for a perverted extremist creed. So, why not: "Murdered by Al Qaeda extremists"? |

This is not a traumatic story. She lived in house where there was prostitution occurring. So what? A lot of people grow up in tough neighborhoods where a lot worse happens.
Agree, I'm tired of hearing the right saying this was an anti-Obama vote. I didn't vote for either Corzine or Christie but I still support Obama.

“Apple has plenty of blunders to fix without dicking around with Flash.The last thing anyone should do is encourage MORE use of Flash. Flash Web sites tend to be amateurish, cheeseball, and clumsy pains in the ass. And sadly they're often foisted on businesses that need their sites to be accessible from mobile devices, like restaurants, hotels, resorts, and boutiques. When you can't even find a business's locations from its Web site because that info is buried in an idiotic Flash animation, that business has squandered its main portal to the world. A portal that's nearly free!

no argument there. as a corporation, they suck, but fortunately their internet/tv division seems to be much better than their cell phone division. at the current time, i really am getting the unlimited bandwidth i was promised by verizon, as opposed to a threatening phone call for using the unlimited bandwidth i was promised by comcast.verizon is the lesser of two evils.
Wyoming's clearly the most uncool state.Also, what kind of a tax rate is this based on? These numbers seem a little slim.!
