I hear Greed is one of the Deadly Sins, and Charity is a virtue.. but yet we can't seem to stop outsourcing jobs, and there is insane resistance to helping those who can't help themselves."@xOrion73x: so you apparently would rather give of your earned income by being taxed relentlessly by the government and letting that gov't choose who is helped rather than having the choice yourself of who/what charity you want that money to go to and who gets your help. I on the other hand prefer to make that choice myself. This country is the most generous country in the world when it comes to private philanthropy and helping those that are downtrodden or in need or harmed by disaster and need help getting back on their feet. However I also believe in helping those who help themselves. If someone simply chooses to hold their hand out and expects a free ride, no they don't get it and that is what the socialist governments goal is. To spread the wealth regardless of effort returned. Don't get me wrong here, there are those who justifiably can't help themselves that we should assist. But there are many more able persons who if they can get their food, shelter, healthcare, etc without having to do anything at all for it, will and those are the ones that don't deserve my charity.
The ex employee looked a little angry by saying that if microsoft would open the source of windows nobody would use it(he probably made some of it ). Having touble finding the idea of microsoft linux interesting, Windows is making money, why would they want to stop?

Nothing wrong with it. Maybe we really do use about 1.4 billion gallons of water per day. We Americans like LONNNNNG showers.You gotta remember...Mr. Al "Do As I Say Not As I Do" Gore probably ups that average quite a bit.
