Sublimemm, try doing some actual research instead of pulling numbers out of your ass. The nuclear fuel rods are good for 6 years before they have to be moved to a cooling pond, where it sits for another 5 years. Not exactly "producing these blocks like legos". We're probably talking more like 10 blocks per 11 years per plant, depending on block size This number will only decrease as we get better and better at reusing the fuel rods. (i'm assuming each block is roughly the same size as a 55 gallon drum. You are underestimating the amount of space owned by military bases for flight training, weapons tests, etc.How does a dump make a base more valuable as a target? This isn't half-life, nuclear waste doesn't explode when you shoot it. Even if someone managed to blow up the dump, the waste would still just be spread over a deserted area, it would be a minor ecological inconvenience. By the time that the waste is transported to a dump, the levels of radiation are very low, just not low enough to risk polluting water supplies in more populated areas.
Yo quiero gainful employment

“Why have emails at all? Why not have a more comprehensive profile page that informs you of this stuff - including friend requests, comment replies, stories made popular etc; - from within Digg itself? I hate emails, they're annoying and antiquated. On this 'social' news site I can't even communicate between friends or share stuff without using a third party site like Twitter. I love Digg, but they should really redesign some of these interactive elements and make the site more functional and useful without clogging up your inbox.

These are some great pictures ^_^?
I love the google programmers. The sense of humor they have is great, just look at the Constants defined in the Accelerometer(I believe it's under SensorManager) They have a setting for it to be a tricorder(as a joke, but they have it marked as a "TODO" as well as gravitational constants for a lot of weird places. |

I would not go as far as torture for most people. Those who openly advocate torture though... maybe they should be subject to the very thing they advocate. He thinks torture is such a good idea for others....

Growing up in West Germany, I had a lot of friends in school that had managed to leave before the wall fell. All of them and their families were very hard working. So much for my anecdotal evidence... the East German laziness is a stereotype. However, saying that the wall shouldn't have come down is a pretty outrageous statement that I would compare to the Alaskan Secessionists. |
