People have children intentionally for the government support. I was walking to the store one day and over heard a conversation between two young lower class mothers. One who was pregnant tells the other something along the lines that her second kid will get her an extra "X" amount of money per month from the government. This was Jersey City NJ. Some what of a ghetto in parts.
They already have those in some Tokyo stations; off the top of my head, I think Roppongi it-chome and other Namboku line stations have them, among others. But the article mentions that it's very expensive, and that's why they're trying other things before installing platform fences in every station. There are thousands of train platforms in the Tokyo area, so installing fences at all of them is going to take an extensive amount of time and money. Of those guys Shaq has the most NBA season's under his belt with this being his 18th, 2 more than anyone else on the list. Grant Hill, Jason Kidd and Juwan Howard are each in their 16th season.!
