- Ethiopian business establishments that accept the by laws can become a regular member with full voting rights, by paying a one time registration fee of $50.00 and a membership fee of $20.00 per month.
- Non-Ethiopian orgnisations or individuals that accept the by laws can join as associates members, without voting rights, by paying a one time registration fee of $100.00 and an annual membership fee of $500.00
- Other membership requirements and procedures for membership registration, payment of fees, as well as membership benifits and privileges will be stipulated in the by laws
